RxEOB’s primary goal throughout implementation is to create a seamless and efficient process that integrates our web solutions into the client’s existing website. Our user-friendly, specialized functionality is fully customizable and branded by the health plan.
Each client is assigned an RxEOB Implementation Coordinator who works closely with the client in making sure deadlines are met and that the needs of the client are being addressed.
A comprehensive Implementation and Statement of Work will be completed by RxEOB and the client. These documents are the first step in an ongoing communication process between you and the RxEOB technical staff in designing your product. These documents include:
Pre–Implementation Website Set–up and Customization Questionnaire
Daily Statement of Work specifying deadlines for RxEOB and the client
Data Tranfer Specifications
The typical implementation averages about 120 days including client testing.
