As a larger portion of the prescription payment responsibility shifts to the employer, it is becoming a necessity for them to better understand how money is being spent.  RxGateway is a co-branded, customized site providing employers with ongoing access to pharmacy benefit oversight information.  Accessed only through the health plan's website, RxGateway allows health plans to increase communication and reinforce their relationship with one of their most important customers.

The Physician Connection

Doctors will have access to your member's history, specific benefit plan, drug look-up and therapeutic alternatives as well as out-of-pocket costs assisting them in determining the best treatment with the most cost-saving drug.  This module includes a Pharmacy Search option and an E-prescribing tool, further simplifying the doctor's work and increasing communication between doctor and patient.
